Ötztal cycling marathon

Ötztal cycling marathon

The Ötztal Myth. Every year, around 4,000 cyclists share a dream: to complete the most challenging road cycling marathon in the Alps. The circular route spans 227 kilometers, leading from Sölden over 4 Alpine passes (Kühtai Pass, Brenner Pass, Jaufen Pass, and Timmelsjoch) into South Tyrol and back. Participants conquer an incredible 5,500 meters of elevation gain, with the fastest among them reaching the finish line in a record time of almost seven hours. Do you share this dream?
