Integration of services and third-party content
It may be that the online offer includes third-party content such as YouTube videos, map materials from Google Maps, RSS feeds or graphics from other websites. The assumption is that the providers of this content (hereinafter referred to as ‘third-party providers’) record the user’s IP address. Without the IP address, the content cannot be sent to the browser of the relevant user. The IP address is therefore essential to the presentation of this content. We strive to only use such content where the relevant provider will use the IP address solely for the purpose of supplying the content. However we have no influence over whether the third-party supplier saves the IP address, e.g. for statistical purposes. If we become aware of this, we will inform users.

Verwendung von Facebook Social Plugins
This offer uses social plugins (‘plugins’) provided by the social network facebook.com, which is operated by Facebook Ireland Ltd., 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland (‘Facebook’).
The plugins can be identified by the Facebook logo (a white letter ‘f’ on a blue background, the word ‘like’ or a thumbs-up icon) or the notice ‘Facebook Social Plugin’. For a full list and the appearance of Facebook social plugins, please see:https://developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins/.
When a user visits a page of our offer which contains such a plugin, the user’s browser establishes a direct connection to the Facebook servers. The plugin content is transferred directly to your browser by Facebook and is then embedded in the website. The provider has no influence over the extent of the data collected by Facebook via this plugin and informs the user as follows of its knowledge as it stands:
the embedded plugins provide Facebook with the information that a user has accessed the relevant page of our website. If the user is logged into Facebook, Facebook can assign your visit to your Facebook account. If a user interacts with the plugins, for example by clicking the ‘Like’ button or entering a comment, the corresponding information is transmitted from your browser directly to Facebook and stored by it.
Even if a user is not a member of Facebook, it is possible that the plugins will identify and transmit the user’s IP address to Facebook. According to Facebook, only an anonymised IP address is stored in Germany.
For information on the purpose and extent of the data collection, the processing of data by Facebook, your rights in this regard and settings options for protecting user privacy, please visit Facebook’s privacy policy: https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/.
If a user is a Facebook member and does not wish Facebook to connect data about them with their member data already stored by Facebook, the user should log off Facebook before accessing the website. Additional settings and revocation of the use of data for advertising purposes are possible within the Facebook profile settings: https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=ads.

The user has the right to apply to request information on what personal data has been stored in relation to them, free-of-charge. The customer also has the right to amend inaccurate data and to block and delete any stored personal data, so long as storage is not required by law.
